Used for bending both sheet metal and metal plate, the press brake is a key tooling component that allows our technicians to create various bends in door panels or window frames to create a truly bespoke, made-to-measure design. Our press brake is CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled) and includes optical sensors that facilitate fine adjustments during the bending process for unrivalled accuracy.

At our manufacturing facility, we go beyond traditional spray painting methods with our dedicated powder coating booths. This integration of specialized resources enables us to apply high-quality finishes to every door and window frame. By tailoring each application to the exact specifications provided by our clients, we ensure a truly bespoke result.
As the panels move forward, they find their place at our assembly point, where a seamless integration takes place. Blending with our bespoke metal frames, advanced security locking systems, and carefully selected ironmongery, the panels bring forth the final demonstration of our remarkable security doors. Once we have achieved complete satisfaction of the product quality it is time to deliver it to our clients. Taking every measure to ensure its safe arrival, each product undergoes a careful packaging process where we apply individual reinforced boxes, utilizing durable corrugated cards and heavy-duty pallets. To further safeguard the contents, we encase the boxes in PVC film and add an extra layer of corrugated cards for enhanced resilience during the transit.
